About the Course
In this 3 day course, you will learn all that you need in order to transition from a solo practice to a group practice. Participants will learn about hiring/firing practices, determining salary/rates, registering with insurance panels as a group, HR software demos, finding the ideal candidates and more.

Day 1: During day two of this three day training participants will learn about the Texas HR requirements, develop/create company handbook and policies, onboarding/off-boarding, 90 day/annual reviews, hiring & firing policies and complete HR demo for HR software to obtain.
Day 2: During day two of this three day training participants will learn how to recruit and retain employees, negotiating salary/fee-splits, sending out contracts, how to develop job descriptions, how to develop a relationship with other agencies/providers in the community and mock interviewing techniques.
Day 3: During day three of this three day training participants will learn how to find a require new hire trainings, HIPAA compliant practices/software, incident reporting, updating company insurance, finding a new space and how to actually train and maintain company morale.
Upon completion of the course participants are able to engage in three one hour virtual mentorship meetings with the trainer as they continue their journey into transitioning into a group practice setting.
