Hello there! If you are reading this you are probably looking for guidance in at least one area of your life. I’m here to help you discover what is blocking you from being the best version of you. Growth and change can be painful, but also rewarding and we might even have some fun on the way. My general therapeutic style is based off of the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)  model with Mindfulness techniques to support creative coping and self-regulation. I tailor activities, styles and methods to each individual’s unique character, emotionality, developmental age, and  personal interests (such as music, movies, art and more) in order to better meet you where you are as we learn together how to point you in the direction you’d like to go with your life.
